Pricing questions
What does CrewAware cost?
CrewAware Standard is $49 per month plus $8 per billable employee per month, or $490 per year plus $80 per billable employee per year. Annual billing works out to ten months of the monthly price — two months free.
What counts as a billable employee?
An active, non-archived employee on your roster. Hire and termination dates are honored in your company's own timezone, so someone starting next month is not billable until they start, and someone who has left stops counting. Whether a person has a CrewAware login makes no difference either way.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day free trial starts without a payment method. If CrewAware fits, you subscribe inside the application when you are ready.
How long is the trial, and what is in it?
Fourteen days, with the whole product available — the trial is not a reduced edition. Set up your company, add real projects and crews, run a real week of time, and see what payroll prep looks like before you decide.
Monthly or annual — how do they compare?
$490 per year plus $80 per billable employee per year is exactly ten months of the monthly price, so a year of annual billing costs two months less at every crew size. You choose your billing interval when you subscribe.
What is included in CrewAware Standard?
Everything CrewAware currently does for your workforce: crew time tracking with GPS punch evidence, project geofencing, review, corrections and approvals with audit history, crew and project scheduling, leave tracking, payroll-ready exports, labor reporting, and employee, project, crew and cost-code administration. Nothing in that list sits behind a bigger package.
What happens when my employee count changes?
Your subscription follows your active roster rather than a block of seats you buy up front. Add a crew for a busy quarter and the count goes up; when people leave or are archived, it comes back down. You do not have to predict headcount to buy CrewAware.
Is there a contract, and how does cancelling work?
There is no long-term contract and no minimum term. Monthly renews monthly and annual renews annually, you cancel from inside CrewAware, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Changing your mind before that date puts the subscription back.
Is setup or onboarding included?
Setup is guided and self-service, with no setup fee. CrewAware walks a new company through its profile, time policy, first project, cost code and employee, and inviting an administrator — as a checklist you can leave and come back to. There is nothing to schedule and nobody to wait for.
How does billing work — payment methods and invoices?
Card payments, processed by Stripe and entered inside CrewAware rather than on someone else's checkout page. Your invoices and their PDFs are in the application's billing area, and your payment method is managed there too.
